Wimon Songroek joined AIGS school in 1982 as an Instructor, after she received her AG Diploma from AIGS. She loves teaching, and the students also love her teaching style. That’s probably why she is the Principal of AIGS. She usually teaches the Thai Gem Identification classes.

Jayesh Patel
Joined AIGS school in 2002
Jayesh Patel was born in the gem mining area of Mogok, Burma. He has been in the gem trade for more than 25 years and specializes in unheated gems from Burma. He received his AG Diploma from AIGS and joined us in 2002. You will learn not only gemology from Jayesh, but also many insights of the gem trade.

 Sirinee Mutitaporn
Joined AIGS school in 2002
Sirinee Mutitaporn enjoys designing jewelry and has been working with her family who has been in the gold jewelry business for over 40 years. She received her A.G Diploma from AIGS and joined us in 2002. She teaches both Thai & English Diamond & Color Stone courses.

Kamolmas Kosinthrakul is a jewelry designer and works with her mother, who has been in the gold jewelry business for over 30 years. She received her GG from GIA, Thailand and joined AIGS school in 2003. She teaches the Diamond Grading & Pricing class in Thai.

Ruangravee Eiampracha
Joined AIGS school in 2005
Ruangravee (Vee) Eiampracha has a B.A from Burapha University, Chonburi, Thailand (1992), Diploma in Jewelry Design (1993) from Bangkok Jewelry Institute, Bangkok, Thailand and Accredited Gemologist Diploma from AIGS in 2005. She also has Diploma's in Metal Working and Stone Setting from Worcester Craft Center, Worcester, MA USA (2007). She has been designing jewelry professionally for over for 20 years. She teaches our Jewelry Design, Counter Top Sketching & Jewel CAD courses at AIGS school.

Noppadon Engsiridumrongkul
Joined AIGS school in 2006
Noppadon Engsiridumrongkul comes from a gem trading family in Chanthaburi, Thailand, and has been in the business for over 30 years. He received his AG Diploma from AIGS and joined our school in 2006. He teaches Synthetic and Color Stone courses in Thai.

Chitwadee Raviwong
Joined AIGS school in 2006
Chitwadee Raviwong is an award winning designer and has won many international design awards. She received her jewelry design diploma from Institute of Technology and Education, Bangkok, Thailand. She joined AIGS school in 2006 and teaches Jewelry Design and Counter Top Sketching classes.

Kanate Koosathian received his GG from GIA, Thailand and is also an active gem dealer. He joined AIGS school in 2007 and teaches all AIGS courses.

Tossaporn Vanichnam
Joined AIGS school in 2009
Tossaporn Vanichnam has over 15 years experience in the gold business. He is the Managing Director of Nam Gia Heng GoldSmiths Co Ltd and is on the Board of Directors of Power Gold Bullion Inter-trade Co Ltd. He joined AIGS school in 2009, and teaches our Gold class.

Surachart Panjathammawit is an experienced Gemology instructor. He has a Bachelor's degree in Material Science (Gems and Jewelry) from Srinakarinwirot University and is also a GG from GIA Thailand. He was formerly Manager of Gemological Studies at GIA Thailand, before joining AIGS school in 2011 where he is presently the Director of English Academics.
